Frederick A. Spaeth

Frederick Spaeth has served as patent counsel for several well-established international intellectual property law firms throughout New England for nearly 20 years. Fred joins the Michaud-Duffy Group with extensive experience in domestic and international patent prosecution, intellectual property licensing, transactional due diligence and counseling on intellectual property management. He has published numerous scholarly articles, including one on the Doctrine of Equivalents, and in law school was a member of the law review. As this appointment demonstrates, the Michaud-Duffy Group continues to offer a challenging and growing intellectual property practice that attracts experienced lawyers who want to build upon their practices.
