Anita D. McGahee - Legal SecretaryIn this capacity Anita D. McGahee works directly on a variety of matters with each of the firm's lawyers. She is responsible for U.S. and foreign trademark filings, foreign patent filings, and patent and trademark searches for the Michaud-Duffy Group. She readily accesses the ProLaw docketing system as well as numerous patent and trademark research databases.

In addition, she has served as treasurer and secretary for her family's construction business and is still an officer with that company. Anita is also an accomplished musician.
