Peter has an extensive background in Product Clearance and Risk Management, IP Creation and Prosecution, Licensing, General Counsel Matters and Legal Services for domestic and international clients relating to Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Trade Secrets.

Peter holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a BS in Physics and has almost thirty years experience, including ten years for the United States Air Force where his duties included researching antennas and other electrical components and managing Government contracts.

Most recently, Peter was the Director of Intellectual Property for a private equity-backed start-up company specializing in optical fibers and fiber lasers where he was responsible for their comprehensive IP strategy across their $25M optics manufacturing facility, including supervising IP Litigation and Arbitration proceedings. In addition, he has authored numerous publications since 1986 and is a named inventor on issued and pending patents.
