Ian E. Bjorkman’s practice has focused on complex civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of cases, including intellectual property litigation (patent and trademark), trade secret disputes, officer and director liability, securities litigation and class actions. He has experience in all aspects of case management, including first chair of trials in federal and state court and in complex arbitrations. He has played a significant advisory role working with many firm clients to develop risk management strategies for litigation avoidance, assessment liability exposure and settlement negotiations. His practice also includes management of litigation dockets for public and private companies.
Ian Bjorkman once clerked for the Honorable Stanley Marcus, currently Circuit Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
