Alaine Doolan has extensive experience in the area of intellectual property.  Her primary concentration is on businesses and their brands with a focus on prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights.  Ms. Doolan also advises on anti-counterfeiting, prepares and reviews license and settlement agreements, handles sale and acquisition due diligence, reviews advertising/marketing documents, and provides guidance on social media.  During her career she has managed trademark portfolios which contain 4,000+ trademarks worldwide.
