Akio Odani is an Intellectual Property practitioner located in Tokyo, Japan and heads the Michaud-Kinney Group’s Japanese practice. Formerly the leader of the international intellectual property group of a leading Tokyo Patent firm, Mr. Odani has handled hundreds of matters in cooperation with foreign intellectual property firms in over 20 countries. He has experience prosecuting patent applications in the fields of mechanical engineering, network devices, electronics, software and business models.
